Our name draws inspiration from Psalm 144:1: ‘Praise be to the Lord my Rock, who trains my hands for war, my fingers for battle.’ We believe that the ability to protect oneself and one’s family is a God-given responsibility that requires both a prepared hand and a steady heart. Our unique, family-centered perspective combines professional discipline with Christian values to create a training environment that is both rigorous and deeply encouraging.
